Forbidden Activities and Content
- The following is a compilation of the various types of activities and content that are forbidden on Our platform, website or via the Services and Solutions. Forbidden activities and content are those offending against, objectionable to, or contradicting with the public interest/morality/order, national security, or otherwise prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, procedure, order or requirement.

- Disseminating worms and viruses including cracks, warez, ROMs, adware, malware, spyware, in order to disrupt, restrict, destroy, or adversely impact the functionality of any computer software, hardware, network, or telecommunications equipment.
- The prohibition against utilizing viruses and malicious programs implies:
- Supporting or inciting attacks on IT or communication networks with the intention of causing disruption.
- Participating in or aiding in the creation, dissemination, distribution, or development of malicious software, viruses, hacking tools, or spreading information on hacking networks, IT devices, or communications without authorization, with the intention to disrupt them.
- Promoting or engaging in any illegal activities, which include:
- Inciting, advocating, promoting, or providing information on how to commit criminal acts or felonies, or aiding, facilitating, or supporting theft, fraud, robbery, forgery, counterfeiting, bribery, murder, suicide, blackmail, threats, rape, commercial fraud, trespassing, kidnapping, evading the law, money laundering, smuggling prohibited content, and other law-punishable crimes.
- Supporting or participating in terrorism in any form, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in the creation, dissemination, or support of content related to terrorist groups or any illegal organizations.
- Encouraging, promoting, or facilitating the commission of crimes against a country, its citizens, employees, or interests.
- Engaging in deceptive practices, fraud, theft, or embezzlement, as well as insulting, slandering, or defaming others.
- Falsely impersonating or claiming the identity of others for fraudulent purposes.
- Promoting or engaging in witchcraft or practices that cause physical harm.
- Distributing unlawful and illicit content, including pornography and nudity.
- It should be noted that illicit content may not be explicitly illegal but is considered socially unacceptable as it goes against societal norms, and its assessment may vary under different circumstances. Examples of such cases include:
- The content that encourages or supports aggression towards public behavior, corrupts youth, promotes vices, adultery, prostitution, or illegal and unethical relationships.
- The content that promotes or facilitates the trade of immoral or illegal goods or services, including counterfeit money, counterfeit and fake goods, firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, hazardous waste, endangered flora and fauna species.
- The content that provides illegal access to private information, including addresses and phone numbers of individuals, or content that disturbs others due to spam nature.
- Promoting or engaging in discrimination, racism, or disrespect towards religion.
- Advocating or instigating any form of discrimination and inciting hate speech with the intention of stirring up hatred between groups of people or individuals.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of third parties. Infringement of intellectual property rights is considered a violation. This may include: providing and sharing movies, photos, drawings, books, electronic programs and games, and other forms of intellectual property without legal authorization.
- Encouraging or engaging in fraud, such as click fraud and fake traffic generation.
- Engaging in dishonest social interaction, like creating and operating fake profiles on social media, posting fake reviews, conducting scams, and similar activities.
- Invading privacy through tools for phone tapping, espionage, theft, or disclosure of private information, as well as tracking, recording, or intercepting communications or without proper authorization.
- Revealing medical examinations, diagnoses, treatments, or records of other individuals.
- Reselling or commercially exploiting any or all of the intellectual property rights belonging to the Company in any way.
- The list 2.1–2.8 of these Terms of Use is not exhaustive. The Company urges You to always comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. As a Client, You understand and agree that it is only up to You to choose to utilize Our platform, website and Services and Solutions, and bear any potential liability. If there are any doubts about the legality of their intended actions We advise You to seek professional legal counsel.
- The Client acknowledges that the law of the Republic of Armenia “On telecommunications” is responsible for regulating the telecommunications industry.
- Internet service providers in your location may block access to websites and web pages that contain prohibited content. Additionally, the Company continuously strives to enhance the safety of its System/Services for Your and the public's benefit.

Restricted Websites
- Access to websites and web pages containing forbidden content may be blocked by your internet service provider. Additionally, We are trying to improve the quality of our services along with the safety of the platform and website, for the benefit of users and clients.
- The Company has the right to block access to any website while You are using the platform and/or Services and Solutions, to its own discretion. The Company also has the authority to add or remove website/content blocking as it deems necessary. It is important for You to regularly check for updated information on website/content blocking before using the platform.

Reporting Vulnerabilities
- The Company encourages you to report any violations of the Terms of Use or any security or technical issues You come across within the platform, website, and Services and Solutions. Responsibility and Accountability
- In addition to the liability clauses stated in these Terms of Use, the Client agrees to protect, compensate, and absolve the Company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, and liabilities made by third parties. This includes reasonable attorney’s fees and arises from the Client’s failure to comply with their obligations under any laws, rules, or regulations outlined in the Terms of Use and other policies.

- We recommend that you carefully read these Terms of Use and check for updates from time to time, for better comprehension and any subsequent changes.
- These Terms of Use as well as the relevant laws and regulations may be revised, updated and(or) amended at any time without prior notice at the Company's discretion. If such amendments are made, the updated version (new laws and regulations) will be displayed on the website https://iprapid.com.
In this case, all actions (inactions) within the framework or using the License and(or) User Account, performed under the User Account, are considered to be carried out by the User themselves.
